1. About True Care Cleaning Service
True Care Cleaning Service ("True Care," "we," "us," or "our") provides professional cleaning services in Pittsburgh, PA and surrounding communities. We are licensed and maintain general liability insurance as described on our website.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to book Services. You agree to provide accurate contact, billing, and property information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials if we provide them.
3. Booking & Scheduling
- Estimates provided online or by phone are approximate until we confirm scope, access, and property condition.
- A booking is confirmed when we accept your request and you receive written or verbal confirmation (email, text, or phone).
- You agree to provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time, including keys, codes, or on-site presence as arranged.
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, staffing, or emergencies, with reasonable notice when possible.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Prices depend on service type, property size, frequency, and add-ons selected at booking.
- Payment terms (due at service, in advance, or invoicing for commercial accounts) will be communicated at confirmation.
- Late or returned payments may incur fees permitted by law. We may suspend Services for unpaid balances.
- Promotional pricing is subject to stated conditions and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a residential appointment without charge. Commercial contracts may have different terms specified in writing. Late cancellations or lockouts may result in a cancellation fee up to the scheduled service amount. No-shows or denied access at the scheduled time may be charged in full.
6. Satisfaction & Re-Cleans
Your satisfaction matters. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, notify us within 24 hours with specific concerns. We will work in good faith to address legitimate issues, which may include a re-clean of affected areas at our discretion. This remedy is your primary recourse for service quality disputes, subject to applicable law.
7. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Secure valuables, cash, jewelry, sensitive documents, and fragile items before service;
- Disclose pets, hazards, mold, biohazards, pest infestations, or unsafe conditions in advance;
- Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available as needed for cleaning;
- Not ask our team to perform work outside agreed scope (e.g., hazardous waste, structural repairs, lifting heavy furniture unless pre-approved).
8. Limitations on Services
We use eco-friendly products when possible, but we cannot guarantee removal of all stains, odors, or damage that existed before service. We are not responsible for normal wear, pre-existing conditions, or results that depend on surfaces, materials, or age of the property. Specialty services require prior written agreement.
9. Damage Claims
Report any alleged property damage caused by our team within 24 hours of service with photos and description. We will investigate promptly. Our liability for proven direct damage caused by our negligence is limited to the lesser of repair cost or the amount paid for that service visit, except where prohibited by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Website Use
You may not:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes or to transmit malware or spam;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data;
- Copy, scrape, or reproduce site content without written permission;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Website content, logos, and materials are owned by True Care or licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, SERVICES AND THE WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUE CARE’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM SERVICES OR WEBSITE USE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless True Care and its owners, employees, and contractors from claims arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, inaccurate information you provide, or unsafe property conditions not disclosed to us.

15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

17. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with booking confirmations and any signed commercial agreement, constitute the entire agreement regarding website use and Services, unless otherwise stated in writing.
